Project construction is anticipated to take approximately 12 months, beginning in 2028 and becoming operational by 2029.

The Project will be required to work closely with Washington County officials to keep them informed of the project design and use of county roads before construction begins. In addition, approvals are required from various federal and state agencies, depending on final Project design.
